    I have learned so much about customer service and management during my time here so far. I thoroughly enjoy the work environment.

    Cons

    Management isn’t the best. They tend to be very unfair with employees and often play favorites. Gossip between managers and employee is very common and very unprofessional.

    Gossip in the workplace is very unprofessional no matter who you think you may be friends with.

    Pros

    Decent money for the most part.

    Cons

    Inconsistenty! The clientele can be very good or the worst you've ever had. I have never worked at a place where I've been stiffed or tipped 10% so many times based on bad clientele. Not being able to add gratuity for large parties. Managers who have no restaurant experience and micromanage. Bussers who walk around aimlessly and don't buss tables. I could go on and on.
