      You can meet great people here. From the people you work with, to even the guests. You can make your own schedule and you can make money if you really hustle.

      Cons

      No breaks , no food, can only use your discount for dine in purposes only , their are no paid vacations. This job requires for you to be here a lot especially holidays .

      Be more involved with bartenders, and servers . Listen to their concerns.

        Pros

        Shifts always available to pickup. Plenty of business. Decent benefits if you work enough hours to qualify. Long term opportunities are great and you can always transfer to another state. If you can handle extreme high volume and fast pace, then it can be good money.

        Cons

        Tips on the weekends suck. Alot of the guests who eat here, especially on the weekends, either barely leave 10% or don't tip at all. Requests for days/time off are never given so if you want a few days off, you have to hope and beg someone will pick up your shifts. Way too much favoritism and fraternization. Very chaotic and alot of disorganization. No breaks on the weekends...

        Advice to Management

        Management needs to step up the professionalism and treat everyone equally. I don't care if you hang out with some people after work and not others, when at work, treat them all the same.

        Cash every night. Good coworkers (servers/bartenders). Meet interesting guests. Flexible. Opportunity to move up.

        Cons

        MANAGEMENT! Rude guests/non-tippers. Uniform. Late hours on weekends. No breaks. No food at all after training. Pappadeaux only cares about their revenue, not the employees! As long as they get a check they're good.

        Advice to Management

        Be more courteous and MANAGER-like to your employees. Managers set the tone for the restaurant, so your demeanor will determine how employees will act. Also, feed us! That will improve attitudes, try it. IMPROVE COMMUNICATION. I have been here for two years and there's not a time where communication among the managers was intact and it makes the servers and bartender's jobs harder.
