    Pros

Offered lots of support for growth and additional training to further development after achieving promotions. The company strives to innovate its concepts at all times and never settles for what they have, always trying to improve and helping you to do so as well.

    Cons

Because it is a more corporate environment not all the rules that apply across all concepts will help at your store level. You will also have to conform with concepts and have dealings with people who have possibly never stepped into your store directly.

    Pros

good money depending on location of course; corporate structure is a great thing for restaurants with huge amount of employee's

    Cons

a lot of political / high school type favoritism; every location has managers with either zero restaurant experience, was promoted based literally based on attractiveness, or worse both. it's a fact the company believes a decent looking women is better for their business.

    Advice to Management

with an associates degree in even pillow fighting, they'll make you a manager in the first week no real restaurant experience perfered
