    Pros

Reduced parking, sufficient breaks, overtime, they have a simple uniform, they only hire women for management, they only promote women for middle management

    Cons

If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. In Atlanta, the Assistant General Managers of the zones have no respect for letting their workers off on their scheduled time. They don't release your schedule until the day before you start working again, then they constantly change it. They will schedule you six days in a row during shifts and times they would never be capable of working themselves at the quality of work they expect, then they will question if if you can perform the job. They bicker with each other constantly and it affects your quality of life at the job. The general manager of the airport, ha changed three times in one year. This company will promise over and over again advancement and promotions from within, but they will test you to no end knowing that there are no opportunities for promotions in the organization. At that point you will be stuck in a cycle of waiting for a promotion that does not exist while your abilities are tested and you are discouraged and treated unfairly along the way. The family culture and quality of life they tout does not actually exist in this organization.

    Advice to Management

Don't be afraid to fire the employees that have been there over ten years that don't follow your rules and make it difficult for new employees that are actually coming to work on time and working hard daily.

    Pros

Pay was good. You get benefits. Really chill job

    Cons

Major problem with the corporate. Managers and leads were taking advantage of their position. Corporate won't do anything about some issues with the store, how things run, and with how the managers act. As long as business is running. They don't care about their employees.
