I worked at Paradigm Consulting Group full-time (Less than a year)
I got a new job and quit this one quickly.
I was scammed into this job by being told it was an entry level sales and marketing position that involved face to face sales. Well face to face means door to door sales and unlike I was told in the interview, it is strictly commission based. A day in the life consists of walking from house to house pushing people to switch to/upgrade their cable plan(often through questionable tactics) until 9 at night, including Saturdays. Also, you are required to pay for your own transportation expenses. Senior management hires more and more people to do the sales for them and they sit back and get a cut without having to do any of the brunt work themselves.
Advice to Management
Advertise this job as the door to door sales job that it is so that overqualified people like myself who have college degrees and no chance in hell of staying on with a pathetic company like this won't have their time wasted.
