This company is not for people who are afraid of hard work, but the works is rewarding for sure. Constant learning is a must, not a con so much as just a necessity and the company helps with it.

I have been working at Paradigm Quest full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility, work from home option, competitive salary, laid back atmosphere. It's about the quality of the work not micro management. Good team where everyone helps each other out. Awesome CEO.

    Cons

Lack of communication from managers and poor training.

    Advice to Management

Take more time to train new hires to retain people for longer. Be more transparent with employees.

    - Lots of opportunities to share information between teams more

Management changes in the last year have been really good ones and well received by the teams - keep at it!

I worked at Paradigm Quest full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Fun people, good benefits
Good place to start off and get experience
    laid back atmosphere

    Cons

Not much room for growth, not a lot of communication with management and employees. A lot of polices and rules to remember for underwriting, audit process is not good.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers who know what they are doing not just because. When people are new hires, give them adequate training, shadowing for a few days is not good training.

    Pros

    I guess beer cart Fridays.

    Cons

They have no process or structure. When you are working with mortgages, it is important to have a good process in order to have the deal completed on time. Also the underwriters did not get along with the business managers, they were always having problems. Too much politics, just way too much. The job itself was way too demanding. People would go home and do work, even on the weekends.

    Advice to Management

Get new management and implement proper process!!!!

I worked at Paradigm Quest full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

People who you work with are great.
Beer and snacks on Fridays in the summer and last Friday of the month outside of summer months.

    Cons

    Management.
Turnaround is like a nonstop turnstile.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. They know what's best. Management doesn't always know what it takes to complete tasks and projects.
