    Pros

    Friendly Management
    Good Projects which are challenging
    People are very helpful

    Cons

Managers could be a little more hands-on with the employees. This enables better understanding of the work involved in the projects

    Advice to Management

Be a little more hand's on when dealing with employees

I worked at Paradyme Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nothing really everything is a false promise.

    Cons

This company really has to learn to operate ethically and not just paint a rosy picture at the beginning and go back on all your promises. I have worked for many companies prior to here and the work ethic is unlike any other I had. Appreciation for a job well done is minimal and there is hardly any leeway when things don't go right. Most importantly the company doesn't recognize that this tactic isn't going to work in the long term and sadly the outlook looks bleak. Many coworkers didn't like the way the higher management handled it but stuck to their jobs due to everybody's personal reasons. There is a huge deal of favoritism to a select few and they hardly do any work and if you can be that person who would just coast along and have your self respect in drain you can join this firm.

    Advice to Management

In the age of technology there are many things which are done in a very archaic way. Coming to work here made me realize how you do a menial task in the most hardest way possible. Something doesn't necessarily have to be done the hard way to realize that a job is well done, with new technologies many things can be simplified and used to your advantage. Don't promise something when you interview if you can't keep up to it. False promises and going back on your word in this day and age is only going to hurt the firm.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

There is nothing positive points to mention here, all are negative in this company

    Cons

Friends please don't join in this company,It's worest company i ever worked before. It's a very very small company. For whole company one and only Manager. He is literally Psycho. He leads the whole company,he don't know even anything in technically but he thought he knows everything. He will keep in his team who ever don't know anything,he did't keep in his team ,whoever knows everything in technical. He will treat his employees like slaves. If you don't know anything about technology, please join in this company because manager also don't know anything about technology then he will keep you in team.If you knows all about technology,he will throw you out of the company. This place is not a IT Company,it's a very small room.Like a Call Center kind of atmosphere. My Best advise to all ,If you people join in this company later you people thought why joined in this company.Your total career will be gone if join in company.

I have been working at Paradyme Management full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Paradyme Management is a dynamic IT Consulting firm in Metro DC. They are truly an employee-centric organization and are genuinely interested in growing their employees as the company grows in size and revenue.

    Cons

Decentralized offices make it difficult for all staff to get together as often as we'd like. Look forward to work and social events with colleagues to bridge this gap.

    Advice to Management

Keep moving the direction of the organization the way you are. It is fun to be part of such a dynamic group!

I worked at Paradyme Management part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Paradyme is a great place to get a start and learn the ropes of a federal consulting firm. The people are friendly and they want to help you learn.

    Cons

Most of the work is research based and there is not very much opportunity to grow and take on larger projects as an intern.

    Advice to Management

Give the interns more hands on projects. Try to put interns on valued added projects rather than just research.

    Pros

Was given the option of several different projects, all of which were team based and collaborative in nature.

    Cons

Was put in room with other interns and interactions with regular employees were limited to planned lunches.

    Advice to Management

Encourage interns to work alongside employees, not in a separate room.
