    they renege on their promises. no support for employees

    I worked at Paragon Group of Companies full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Nice head office, in accessible location, staff are friendly. Pay overtime, for any additional work done. Trying to make headway in buy to let market.

    Cons

    Management are very inconsiderate and inflexible. Company does not treat staff, particularly well. Training is very poor for new starters.

    Advice to Management

    Treat staff well.

    Poor recognition and reward needs addressing as well as the peoples roles and contribution.
