    Pros

    Work hours at Pareto Partners are relatively flexible. The company allows for a good work/life balance. Most employees are nice

    Cons

    -Senior management is already checking out, does not seem to care
    -Bad managers go unchecked,, can wreak havoc in the absence of management oversight
    -Low bonuses, low/no raises
    -Noncompetitive pay

    Advice to Management

    Don't abandon your responsibilities before the game is over. Is you want to have any kind of legacy, raise pay to closer to industry standards so you can get in some talent
