I have been working at Paris Baguette part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible work hours
Depending on the people you're working with it can be fun.

    Cons

Insane work load for abysmal pay
    Abhorrent and rude customers
    Terrible management and opportunist bosses
    Favoritism runs rampant
    Terrible Corporate management and oversight
Ludicrous rules ( Some of the rules actually make doing the given task A LOT harder
    Understaffed.

    Advice to Management

Corporate needs to take a closer look at who they have as mangers and then act accordingly. I don't see nor understand why seniority is such a big issue when the performance is abysmal. It's unfair to those who are constantly working to only have leeches who contribute nothing.
