    Pros

Office location, coffee machine, office hours, large group, so sometimes opportunities were phoned in, some good staff but most looking to move!

    Cons

Staff turnover and senior management who had no sales experience or understanding of recruitment, no one to provide training for motivation and sales. Terrible ATS system and poor ICT systems.

    Pros

Work at home. Training. Variety. Professional staff. Clients liked us. Short assignments. Respect. Team work. Support staff. Free coffee. Clean toilets

    Cons

Dithering management Poor internal communication. Short termism. Sales staff had authority but the culture encouraged abdication of accountability and responsibility, therefore overloading consultants with bid and proposal tasks when they should be better employed revenue earning. Long unrewarded hours e.g. travelling.
