    Pros

    Great management, and very easy to work with.

    Cons

    Dishes aren't very expensive, so the tips aren't too high.

    Managers are easily accessible. Employees are very team-oriented and helpful. Resturaunt had a loyal customer base and good culture.

    Cons

    In three words: scheduling, benefits, pay.

    good work place due to mid level managers and support staff including bussers and kitchen staff. low stress level.great returning customer base

    Cons

    some of the down sides to working. at PA BBQ are the flex schedule work week hours often change. while very loyal customers based, in general tips were not in keeping with other similar BBQ restaurants. The company only rarely promotes from within

    Advice to Management

    Advertise on a broader selection of mediums. offer easier to redeem coupons with less restrictions. Try to get some press by holding BBQ competitions and fund raisers for local charities. better catering development . become more available for delivery customers. expand side dish offerings or change them more often

    Pros

    They sell a superior babyback product which makes for happy customers thus making the job easier. Health insurance for management.

    Cons

    Long work weeks and limited benefits. Inconsistent product between units sometimes causes customer strife.

    Standardize product amongst all units.
