    I worked at Park B. Smith full-time

    Pros

PBS or at least the management in the NJDC are willing to give you a chance regardless of education.

    Cons

Favoritism plays a huge roll in salary increases. Management gets caught up in gossip which can be fun and annoying at the same time. They require you to come in 30 minutes early unpaid before your shift. This is for all office staff, which makes no since and is against the law.

    Advice to Management

Don't take advantage of you good workers.
