I worked at Park City School District part-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Great district to work in. Love having the same days off as the kids (holidays). Pay could be better.

    Cons

Only pay you based on your other experience. So if you come into the school district you get the base pay only. Fifty cent raises when they do give out raises. They keep the part time employees under a certain amount of hours just so they don't have to give them benefits.

    Advice to Management

    Pay employees better.
