Expectations were very clear and structured, the pay was decent, and I got good benefits.
Cons
Pay for behavioral health nutrition techs compared to the nursing techs was the same despite nutrition techs having more responsibilities and no down time. Nutrition techs were also short staffed the entire time I worked there - we were almost constantly short-staffed and expected to fill the roles of 1-2 more people
