Looks like a great place but is a nightmare.

Company name and reputation. Benefits are great.
Cons
Always short staffed, favoritism in management, Manager always had something to complain about your work ethics, Coworkers disappearing during shifts, managers are not flexible at all with school schedules even when promised BEFORE HIRING, and ALWAYS FEELING BURNT OUT ON EACH SHIFT.

Alright place to work, terrible hours
Dec 10, 2019 - Nursing Assistant in Saint Louis Park, MNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Good benefits (dental, medical, sick, and vacation)
Cons
Hours are not good, especially evenings. You work 3-11:30 at the hospital. They won't increase pay and very short staffed.

Good benefits, low pay for the amount of work, no growth opportunities

Health benefits, employee contribution to 401K
Cons
Low salary, there is no work life balance, can hardly take time off due to high volume of workload, and short staffing, PTO has to be put in 2-3 months in advance, high turnover rate, expects way more than what you're getting paid for, evening shifts, starting out in a part time position, no growth opportunities, co workers can act very childish and gossip about others, co workers are protective of their start time hours even being apart of a non union and co workers will not let you work the morning shifts, co workers are unwilling to be flexible and stuck in their own ways, when you tell management/HR about the issues and unprofessionalism there are no consequences to the behavior portrayed by these unprofessional coworkers. Unfortunately I worked alongside of a very unprofessional, dysfunctional, non work ethic group of individuals in which nothing was done about their poor behaviors which created a hostile, non positive work environment. Upper authority doesn't give you the opportunity to explain any situation and management won't have your back if you get accused of doing something that you have no control over.

Cons
Bully behavior from nurses gaslighting by management low wages chronic short staffing racism from patients and staff, hiring non qualified staff for positions they know need more educational background

Overall as a new nurse I learned alot but in the end I felt like day to day was repetitive
Aug 10, 2020 - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Minneapolis, MNRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Doctors are cool, SOME coworkers are cool, and weekends off (but I was guilt tripped into working more than req saturday clinic)
Cons
Team lead was not welcoming 😒, very clique type environment, mgmt doesn't know day to day procedures😒 short staffed, changing protocols whenever mgmt feels suitable, pt can show up 2 hr late and the team is forced to accommodate them😵when new mgmt came rounds stopped, no communication 🙄 esp if you needed backup from mgmt, and lots of upper lvl work delegated that shouldn't be
