    Negative Outlook

I worked at Park Place (Iowa) full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

None that I can think of or remember

    Cons

Dirty understaffed low pay outdated facility poor treatment of individuals in their care smells like human waste when you walk through the front door. Very political(preferential) treatment of employees. The worst place I ever worked, things were so bad I was surprised that the state didn't walk in and close the place down. Happy I quit!!

    Advice to Management

    Close the place down

    Pros

I enjoyed showing my support for the children in my care.

    Cons

Too many family members are hired, causing conflict of interest.

    Advice to Management

Put an end to hiring family because it causes conflict of interest.

    Pros

Good pay, plenty of overtime, okay staff, amazing clients, pretty good choices of what hours you get, staff immediately above you (QA's) are nice people.

    Cons

Dislike the treatment of clients, way (horribly) understaffed, management isn't that great, a lot of drama (like reliving high school all over again).

    Advice to Management

Needs to get better and understand that we aren't super people, we can't do everything all at once. Preferably, they need to get on the floor and help when needed.

  5. "Inconsistent in treatment of employees"

    Pros

    Competitive Pay
    Great Benefits/Perks
    Certain locations have great morale
If you are in sales or service it is a good company to work for

    Cons

If you are in Accounting, IT or HR you may have difficult bosses
Very political at the management level
    Preferential treatment is given discertionally

    Advice to Management

There are issues at the Leadership Team level so there is no advice that can be given unless changes are made at that level.
