    Pros

    -Great facility
    -Clean building
    -Clean bathrooms
    -Pay check clears every Friday
    -Great awards banquet
    -people who care about their job and co-workers

    Cons

    -Unrealistic work expectation
    -Driven to meet Customer service numbers at all costs
    -Turnover rate is alarming
    -Hiring of inexperienced employees at extremely low pay
    -Pay reflects circumstances beyond what you can control
    -Management who is out of touch with reality
    -Overwelming and difficult workload/expectations
    -Under pay for commission jobs
    -Stressful work environment
    -No concern for employees children and families
    -Horrible and expensive benefit packages
    -"What have you done for me lately" feeling from management
    -Owner doesn't seem to care about his people who helped build his company anymore
    -Companies goals no longer seem to include long term employees

    Advice to Management

    Owner should pay more attention to what his management team is doing to exploit the goodwill of their subordinates. What once was great place to work has turned into a stressful and hostile pass the buck environment to avoid disiplinary actions. Management has created a feeling of learned helplessness in the employee's jobs to accompany their decline in pay.

    -Well organized
    -Focus on continuous improvement for the customer
    -Modern

    Cons

    -Poor commission structure
    -No room for advancement
    -Poor management
    -No concern for employee welfare

    Advice to Management

    Take a more human look at the way you pay employees and perhaps you will retain more of them. It is evident that the company care for its clients, but the treatment of employees is sub par.
