The company culture is great at Parliament. Dog friendly, open minded, entrepreneurial (they like ideas and making changes). Lots to improve, which is great. The company is solid and stable and good people.

Pros
Excellent management from the Partner in Sales. Never had a better boss, friend and mentor. Great people to work for. Absolutely love the vision and the drive of the Partners of Parliament Marketing.
