I have been working at Parliament Tutors part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great atmosphere! young and vibrant workforce. The work environment is easy going, you get paid weekly. The CEO is laid back and the company is run as a small business.

    Cons

The downsides would be that it is not run like a major corporation and therefore cannot offer the same incentives.

    Advice to Management

Hold meetings for the whole Parliament Tutors community to network and be able to meet and greet. Update website - add more test prep materials online and have more videos of tutors to post online.
