    It was a great experience applying autoCAD skills to real life applications! Great, knowledgeable coworkers and management.

    Cons

    Cubicle life got old pretty quickly. Long days.

    Pay your interns better!

    I worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great managers, great employees, and my favorite, free coffee! The building was nice, the gym inside is nice and the cafeteria is nice for those days when you don't feel like packing lunch. My team worked together well and everyone was always bringing food items in to brighten up the day a bit.

    Cons

    None really. I did my internship as I was supposed to and finished on good terms.

    Advice to Management

    keep up the good work

    To be honest there are no cons. I had a great experience as an intern. Great people within my department and interesting projects.

    Pros

    Many opportunities in almost every business line within the engineering and construction world.

    Cons

    Can be bureaucratic at times but when the big machine gets rolling it outweighs that.

    Advice to Management

    Make employees feel more important and not like another piece of the puzzle.

    Pros

    PB is a great company to work for as a new grad. It has great resources to teach you everything you need to proceed forward.

    Cons

    Corporate is too large, so the benefits like health insurance is not so great compared with other companies.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on talent cultivating and benefit packages.

    I have been working at Parsons Brinckerhoff as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great work atmosphere. Everyone is very driven and caring! Free coffee and tea. The office is extremely nice being right on the inner harbor.

    Cons

    The office does not pay for much (parking, dinners, etc...)

    Advice to Management

    Good job on structure and buildings. Would recommend spending a little more on employees for little things like dinners when the office goes on a trip or does community service.
