    Positive Outlook

I worked at Parsons Child & Family Center full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Most supportive leadership I have come in contact with. It was a pleasure to work for Parsons. As a new MSW grad they gave me the opportunity to begin my clinical career and it was a great learning experience.

    Cons

Pay was not the best but that was honestly the only downfall. I was an inexperienced social worker so I really was not in a position to complain. The hands on learning Parsons afforded me was well worth the deficit in pay.

    Advice to Management

I honestly loved my supervisor and our program director. They listened to their workers and always made sure we practiced self-care. They were very supportive. My advice would be to keep up the good work.

I have been working at Parsons Child & Family Center full-time

    Pros

Great co-workers! The people who work there really care. Regular clinical supervision. Position provides clinical therapy and case management. Never a dull moment.

    Cons

Poorly managed. High stress atmosphere. Constantly asking more of staff while providing inadequate compensation. PL and holidays are part of one pool, so it's possible to not have enough time accrued to take the holiday off.
