    Pros

I initially reviewed Parsons in a bit of a grey light, and it was unfair, considering the mindset I was in at the time. I'll say this - Parsons is very aggressive in getting contracts; they work hard to keep their employees in work. They have a great training program, and they do keep employees accountable.

In addition, there are opportunities to assist other offices and meet new people from other parts of the country (or world) by offering your services to them. Pretty cool.

    Cons

I did mention in my previous review that things were high pressure, and they were; but the pressure was only really something I wasn't used to. I'm sure that with more time, I could've adjusted fully.

    Advice to Management

There were times where I saw employees scratching for things to do, while others never seemed to run out. I don't know whether creating a more balanced setting is possible, but I'd strive for that.
