    I have been working at Parthenon Pavilion at Centennial Medical Center part-time

    No pros exist at this facility

    Cons

    All supervisors are associate prepared nurses. No BSN or MSN in supervision. No self scheduling exists. No raises this year. No floor staff recognition only management. Poor and unprofessional base staff recognition . Favoritism with supervisors and select staff continues.

    I'm prn-has been VERY flexible, the work is easy, no holidays, weekends or evenings

    Cons

    Not a lot to do in the afternoon, ended up being sent home a lot

    The management was good. The people were good. The pay was good. The food I brought from home was good.

    The compensation for overtime was bad. The work-life balance was bad. The time-off policies were also bad as well.
