I recently received an offer from iProspect (part of Dentsu) I’ve heard ups and downs about this company. I currently work for a great company and not sure if I should leave. The new opportunity pays a lot more than I currently make. Does anyone have any advice about this company and whether I should take the job or not?

    Pros

    - Management supports each employee at work as well as when personal life events occur. - Company growth due to all the hard work both management and each employee contributes, a rewarding feeling

    Cons

    -Fast paced environment that sometimes requires long hours. - Hard to find work/life balance when having your computer always at your fingertips

    Pros

    - Management is very aware of employee growth and making sure each employee feels like they have the support they need to be successful - Leadership sets clear goals each quarter and year so that employees know what's going on with the company currently and where the company wants to go in the future - Working remotely allows for better work/life balance

    - Fast-paced environment that can require long hours - Compensation is below the national average

    Pros

    Hard working team of go-getters. Work from home, flexible vacation. Fantastic group of people! Lots of great perks!

    Fast paced, work from home environment is not for everyone, but I love it!
