    My managers are really great, my coworkers are all nice, and the job isn't too much work for the minimum wage.

    Cons

    Very low hours outside of the Halloween season, got in serious trouble if we didn't get a good percentage of emails, boss expected tasks done in very short amounts of time which was stressful

    Pros

    Fun, colorful working environment very visually stimulating and fun working environment day to day.

    Cons

    Wages are low cashiers start around $9/hr so don't expect anything substantial.
    30min lunch breaks.
    Saturdays are the busiest and peak around 1pm Balloon orders are in full flux.
    Halloween season is total chaos.
    Employees are made to work multiple positions at once so impossible to help every customer.

    Advice to Management

    Raise your wages, these folks work very hard and perform multiple duties.
    You cannot expect good customer service by spreading your employees thin.
