    Pros

    You are always on your feet; great exercise
    Plenty of tasks to accomplish, the day went by very fast.

    Cons

    You are an expendable resource for this company; worked to your expiration until the next sad sap takes your place. The average turnover for my position had to have been less than 2 months.

    Been here for about two years and haven't received a promotion. Rarely anyone receives a promotion unless somebody quits

    Give better wages. Current ones are a joke.

    I worked at Party City full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    It's an upbeat entertaining job. You get to work with families and kids from all different backgrounds and the job is centered around enjoyment.

    Cons

    The management have no idea what they are doing and if they do then they're fraudulent people that practice favoritism.

    Advice to Management

    Treat a job like a job and treat all employees fairly. Empathize more with ALL of your employees because we are ALL human beings, not just a select few.

    one of the managers was really nice

    Cons

    you're expected to do way too many things than you have time to do, you barely get any hours, everyone calls out and then they try to get you to come in last minute and if you can't you're the bad guy, not the person who was actually scheduled and called out,
