Customer assistance with parties, and decorating
Cons
Very confusing store layout because of such large variety of products.
Advice to Management
Develop better store layout, use lower shelves and utilize more focus areas for new or on sale product. Towering shelves are intimidating to many customers, and often require thorough search.
