    Pros

    Rewarding work
    Solid benefits
Some schools and departments really are great places to work, so choose carefully.

    Cons

Student Support Programs and Services department is a toxic work environment. Poor leadership and immature cliques prevail. The turnover is ridiculous, but understandable. Employees learn bad habits from their leaders and keep the negative cycle going.

    Advice to Management

Replace leadership of SSPS department or disband the whole thing.
