Get to work with some great individuals

Cons

Forced to work with unhelpful management and coworkers who do not enjoy their job and are cruel to the individuals. Even the higher ups running the company don’t care about the individuals they only care about the profit. Several serious issues went ignored just to save them some money or keep the cash flow coming in. They use the individuals as cash cows.

Health care, vision and dental were not bad.

Cons

Cut position without notice then want you to fill in positions until current position is open again. Had to take a drastic pay cut.
