    I worked at PatientNOW full-time

    Pros

    Supportive and communicative people. Everyone has each other's backs and really looks out for each other. Upper management values input from everyone to grow the product and value their employees

    Cons

    When I was there they did not offer any retirement benefits, but that may have changed since then

    I worked at PatientNOW (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Most of the employees really care about the success of the company.

    Cons

    CEO has no morales or integrity. He lies to employees, vendors and customers. Company name on Paychecks keeps changing so as to avert levies from IRS.

    Advice to Management

    Replace CEO with someone with integrity.

    Pros

    Drinking is allowed in management
    Don't have to think, they do it for you
    Flexible schedule

    Cons

    Run by best Friends
    Sometimes you get a paper check not always direct deposit
    Micromanaged
    Always call to make sure you have health insurance before going in

    Advice to Management

    You need a well balanced broad, NOT a yes team. Stop hiring friends and family and get more positive people on board. And start trusting your workers again.

    Pros

    Best reasons to work at PN:
    Good wages
    Some great staff
    Owner is nice
    Great location
    Casual environment - get to wear jeans

    Cons

    Reasons not to work at PN:
    Paper paychecks (on occasion)
    Family/Friend politics (cause lots of unnecessary drama and conflict)
    Culture is super negative right now (hopefully the company can turn that around)
    Used to have the flexibility to work from home, but not anymore
    Lots of empty promises. If you negotiate anything during the interview get it in writing.

    Advice to Management

    Stop hiring friends and family and start hiring the right people for the job. PatientNOW has a lot of potential.

    Pros

    Great company, great coworkers wonderful atmosphere. Everyone is very supportive and works as a team to reach goals. That's it

    Cons

    hectic pace and workload, sometimes there are incidents of micromanagement and unrelistic promises to custonmers but such is the nature of software.

    Advice to Management

    no advice they are doing a fine job. Keep up the good work and continue doing what you are doing.

    Pros

    Dynamic growing company with a leadership position in EMR. Its great to be part of a company that is growing and making a difference. Lots of new projects and ways to grow. New programs for staff training to keep skills current.

    Cons

    Everyone wears many hats. Its a smaller company which is good and bad. We all work very hard and yopu have to learn new skills to stay up with the business. In reality, that is all good

    Advice to Management

    The company is growing and expanding. Stay on top of new trends in healthcare, Keep the software and company current and increase opportunities to get PatientNOW in front of more people. Its a great place to work.

    Pros

    Gain experience in the EMR/ PM world. Learn about aesthetic industry. Learn quickly pros and cons of working for a very small company.

    Cons

    Competitive market, very low pay scale, dealing with upset customers, poor management, no opportunity for growth, no sense of urgency, turn and burn company
