    International environment, Disney benefits, opportunity to grow during your program, daily meetings with managers, food provided for your shift.

    Cons

    Not very flexible schedule, but overall it was not a big problem.

    Pros

    I enjoyed job stability, security, and the perks of a large corporation including health insurance offers. Business was always high volume!

    Cons

    Some difficulty reaching and working with human resources. Also sometimes management didn't treat employees well and the restaurant often did not have all the necessary resources for us to perform our jobs at maximum efficiency.

    Advice to Management

    Be kind to employees, even if constructively criticizing them. Treating your employees like human beings will ensure that they translate that positive attitude into better customer service.

    You deal with high volume and you learn how to work under pressure. You deal with a lot of people from all over the world and the training here is good as well

    Cons

    I don't have any cons to mention. I love working for this company and upper management is great in moving people up when they see potential in them.
