    Crazy scheduele, pay is not on par with some other companies.

    better schedeling will make for less job turnover

    Good pay for the city....Vacation in the restaurant industry

    Corporate management is pretty terrible, and can really screw up the function of the restaurant and those working in it.

    working with some of the top chefs in the city...also learning new trends and tech of gastronamy.

    the amount of money you get vs. the amount of hours you are expected to work.
