    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Patni Computer Systems full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Its the only vendor who can work on cost+ Model. No responsibility for employees.

    Cons

Mgmt, HR Policies, None of HR Induction. Everything need to be escalate to higher mgmt.
No provision for salary increment timely, everytime need to chase Mgmt.
None of proactive work, environment for employees. Employee never feels that they are the part of PCS (here always feels like they abandoned)

    Advice to Management

No Advice, as they will not listen and will tell that its not possible. As being of 4+ years part of PCS, still salary not comes on time. Now you can expect the Senior Mgmt work strategies.

    Cons

Management needs to be more dynamic and show long term thought leadership
Management should be willing to invest from a long term perspective and be willing to take short term losses

    Cons

Patni is not known in the industry to be a good Pay Master, though I had okay pay.

    Too premature to say anything.
