    Patrice and Associates hospitality recruiting firm is truly a class act and has delivered on their promises. As a franchise owner with 20 years of hospitality/restaurant and human resources experience, I can attest to the outstanding system, standards, knowledge, experience, and culture that Patrice & Associates offers. There is a tremendous amount of pride within the system in how candidates and clients are treated, as well as with the relationships that are made with all the parties involved. Candidates are offered free resume writing services and career coaching throughout their job search and interview process. Patrice & Associates takes the time to truly understand their clients culture and needs in order to become a trusted staffing partner.
    As a franchisee, you have the opportunity to begin generating income from day one by utilizing the proven system, hundreds of open job orders, and the immense database of qualified candidates. This allows you the ability to begin making money while you work to develop your own clients. I cannot say enough about the training Patrice & Associates provided as a franchisee. Everything I was told prior to attending training was true. This is an amazing opportunity that allows you to have a rewarding and fulfilling career helping others, the ability to work from home and gain time freedom, as well as the opportunity to make what you are worth!

    Cons

    The system works and has been proven over and over, but ultimately, the choice is yours. You have to choose to stay disciplined and laser focused while putting forth the effort and following the system.

    Pros

    Fantastic training, support, and mentoring. If you are motivated and follow the program, the sky's the limit on individual business growth. You have lots of support to learn and grow as a franchisee.

    Cons

    Lots of cold calls - you need to be able to hack being on the phone a lot and not worry about having people hang up on you.

    Advice to Management

    Training materials could be a little more organized and concise, but actual live training is amazing.

    Thorough training and ongoing training opportunities, support at all levels through out your time at this company, family atmosphere and someone is always willing to help, superb knowledge base, uplifting atmosphere, owner actually interacts with you!

    Cons

    Not really a con but you will get out of it, what you put into it. Following the recipe is an absolute must!

    This company has given me time to spend with my first born until he was 2 years old. Great money if you put in the work

    Great training and support. If you put in the work, you can make great money. It has worked out great for me to do this job and be a stay at home Mom.

    Cons

    100% Commission, if you don't stay on top of it and focused, you won't make money.

    No real set boundaries on territories, which is not really a con as it allows more flexibility

    The team at Patrice & Associates have a proven system that works and understand the science behind how to teach so that there is true learning. They provide all the tools and knowledge honed over 27 years of hospitality recruiting so that franchisees can hit the ground running. I am looking forward to representing this company due to the integrity I have seen throughout this onboarding process.

    Training is only offered on the East Coast.

    Very comprehensive training that provides you with the critical tools, knowledge and basic understanding to jump start your business. All trainers, other staff members and CEO are hands on throughout the training/ramp up process and are 100% committed of ensuring your success.
