    Negative Outlook

I worked at Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital full-time

    Pros

Great benefits, hours 8:30 to 5 M-F. Rotating weekends

    Cons

Unfavorable work conditions, on call for a month at a time, stop having favorite employees

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees, if you assign a job to a specific employee you need to know how to do the job yourself, stop having favorite employees and making it harder on the ones that speak up for their rights and having more experience than the ones in charge, stop disappearing for hours and know one knows where you are, senior management is terrible
