      Pros

Good benefits. Pleasant coworkers. Relaxed environment. Lots of PTO. College tuition.

      Cons

Below industry-average salaries. Not enough technical training and willingness to sponsor professional certifications. A+ for example.

      Pros

Competitive pay, opportunity for better pay and good benefits

      Cons

Somethings the pay isnt the greatest for a place that is so toxic! management will drive you crazy and you will be under appreciated. You can give a limb to this company and they still wont appreciate you as employee. Hours suck too. Second shift would start at 1pm and youd work till the work load was done. Fridays last call is pretty early, so all the "overtime" you racked up Monday and Tuesday night, you loose by Fridau.
