- Great food and nice cafeteria - Gym, free of charge for employees - Good Work/Life Balance - Great Benefits Neither a Pro or Con, very heavy meeting culture

- Poor Leadership, the only time my boss ever talked to me was when it was required by management for us to meet. Ex. Quarterly Reviews, etc. - Everyone seems to have very impersonal relationships with one another. Very quiet work atmosphere, little communication outside of meetings.

- Is there an HR?! - No encouragement for movement within the company - I was told "spiffs"/"bonuses" for sales would be more than they were - No raises

Cons

-Sometimes too focussed on getting things done, and not enough time spent on the vision and roadmap of products and solutions. -401k has no company match, and there are yearly fees -Profit sharing starts after a year plus, and takes another 5 years to vest. It should start immediately, and add another year to vest if needed. This way you give new employees skin in the game right away, and drive engagement in the company's future right out of the gate.
