    I love working for Paul Davis because of the culture and because the owner truly cares about each employee that works here. Awesome group of employees and love being apart of an industry that helps people in their time of need!

    Cons

    Many growing pains to work through but it's exciting to be apart of a company that has so many opportunities.

    Getting to help people in their time of need

    Cons

    Corporate take over is killing the company. All the experienced help is gone and that leaves who to do the work? Also only want all employees to work 40hrs at a 24/7 Business that usually requires 60 to 80 hrs

    I have been working at Paul Davis Restoration full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Team environment, get to help people in difficult time of need, flexible time off if willing to answer emails and phone calls every once in awhile, decent pay after 4 years, high performers are rewarded in different ways like national conference attendance, ability to negotiate salary.

    Cons

    Bad compensation plan, draw on commission so salaries have to be earned, company can take your commission of job doesn’t go right in some fashion when you didn’t effect it, have to keep pressure on management for higher fair compensation vs them coming to you to reward good performance, poor health insurance with little coverage and large deductibles, every day is a fire drill, very stressful work, pretty high turnover.

    The challenge of helping property owners during a major freeze and wind storm event that overwhelms available resources with equipment and staff.
