The culture is great! There’s always education and training as well as many opportunities to take your career further. Teaching kids what you already love is so rewarding.

    Cons

The building was always either hot or cold so wear layers

    Emotionally rewarding, but no support

    Business Outlook

    Pros

Amazing evening education leader Great coworkers Get to watch students learn and grow Get to shape the future of the industry Some really great students Occasional employee training

    Cons

Scheduled hourly, but demands unpaid work from home 0 support with problematic students, I’d send one to the office then be called in after to be told how the student had an excuse (almost always one that’s irrelevant however), and how I should be more accommodating when someone refuses to participate in class High employee turnaround Some really awful students who aren’t held accountable Horrible franchise owner with a god complex They want you to ‘drink the koolaid’ in terms of blindly accepting practices under the guise of ‘culture’ No PTO Understaffed, and staff is underpaid

    Pros

Great management. So understanding and caring of your personal life. No micro managing whatsoever.

    Cons

The other departments tend to not work alongside the admissions department and you always get push back when suggesting ways to improve.
