    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Paul Scherrer Institut full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - More than enough money - Luck based you can be part of a good group (or not)

    Cons

    - After 16:00, nothing to eat or buy, just a vending machine - Far away from any place, middle of nowhere - No separate room to sit and have discussions, think - Corporative, product oriented approach to the science - No lectures or entertainment events

    Advice to Management

Science is quite a lot of thinking and discussion. Put a sofa where people can communicate, discuss, share knowledge and last, but not least: socialize.
