Unable to keep up with technology, wages (like 25% less than what I make now), training. No way to work your way up the ladder (except for certain people...like highschool). Insurance/benefits are subpar. Health insurance is expensive with a high deductible and no discount if using the service. one er visit for my daughter was $1100 my cost on their insurance. Get sick and vacation time separate- not PTO time. Sick time but impossible to use without taking an accurance. (they want two days notice. Vacation time they don't want taken November thru first of year or holidays. Requests have to be in like 2 months before). I could not cash out my sick time when I resigned. A few nights I worked there was 10 people in the entire hospital. no RT, phlebotomy, registration, xray etc in house. Toxic treatment from some of the drs.
