Generous PTO policy and CFA education reimbursement benefits. Half day Fridays in the summer was a previous Slocum policy that was continued on at Pavilion as well.

Pay isn't great compared to other consulting firms and investment firms in Minneapolis. Long hours during quarter ends busy period.

Treat employees as a means to an end rather than an end in themselves.

Great people at lower levels and that is pretty much it. A group of people who are close because they support each other through the storm
Cons
Management doesn’t care about employees. They don’t listen to any process improvement recommendations. High pressure to the point of fear environment. Severely understaffed which helps their bottom line but at the expense of employee family life. Expect employees to work every weekend, week days to 8,9,10 pm.

Learn about private equity from a high level, low stress work and everyday almost exactly the same if you're into that kind of thing

Basically glorified data entry, no in-depth knowledge of private equity, very back office role, non-competitive pay and more hours than you would expect
