    Large company, lots of opportunity.

    Often overburden operations people with workload and number of clients based on pay.

    Relatively easy going, very nice coworkers.

    Cons

    The direction of the company seems to always change. The focus is always shifting and its hard to take any directive seriously when you expect it to be forgotten about within a couple month's time.

    Systems in place make the job much more difficult than it needs to be. Efficiency is non existence.

    Pros

    the people, ability to earn & uncapped commissions

    Cons

    the service is awful, churn and burn "what have you done for me lately" mentality is what leadership possesses even though they are highly aware of the flaws in the product, service and sales process. too many people in sales want a cut of the same "deal". Too transactional and reps fight an uphill battle. I didn't believe the product helped people streamline and better their organizational processes so I could no longer represent this company after a 9 year sucessesful sales career. no merit increases were given ever--my salary when I left was less than a rookie SMB rep--after I put in nine years and achieved 7 circle of excellences. they don't invest in their people Minimal culture although they preach they are all about it at the top. it doesn't trickle down and it's a middle management problem here.

    Pros

    Good culture, great benefits, decent upside and solid resources

    Cons

    Management is bad because they do not pay well and quality managers left, Running many appointments per week, commissions are now paid over a year of time instead of next month following a sale and if client leaves after a few months then I'll have made only my commission percentage on the number of months meaning I miss out on 75% of commission which didn't use to be the case
