    Pros

Great co-workers, supervisors try their best to help when they can, and it genuinely feels like a "family" here. Recognition for achievements is commonplace.

    Cons

You will be consistently asked, or demanded, to stay after hours. Highly stressful days are frequent. Pay is not competitive. Out of date technology, but it is improving.

    Advice to Management

Focus on having your employees' backs and helping them with their massive workload.

I have been working at Paychex (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Constant training and building of knowledge base. Team atmosphere - we all help each other out with the growing amount of work that is nearly impossible to complete in a timely manner.

    Cons

Current restructuring of company - overworked, understaffed and underpaid compared to industry average. The "specialized one on one service" we once provided our clients is diminishing and clients are becoming frustrated with lack of quick response time we once prided ourselves on.

    Advice to Management

Management has "checked out" due to restructuring. They are also dealing with too much work/responsibility due to reduction of payroll specialists. This has caused an overall demoralization of the work environment.
