Pros
There are so many Pro's to Paylocity, but we will attempt to consolidate them into a few thoughts. First off is the company culture at PCTY. This is a pay if forward help your neighbor type of environment where we all work together! Second is the product itself. As a technology company, Webpay is our flagship single data base end to end solution solution and it had more than 150 enhancements in FY19 alone. PCTY has organically built more than 15 different HR modules vs. the 3 when i arrived 6 years ago. Third - PCTY has helped me grow as a human and as a person. Since i have arrived here 6 years ago, personally i got married, had 2 kids, bought and sold a couple of homes and have made multiple circle's of excellence and been one of the nations top reps before my promotion to Director. The professional environment and continual development of PCTY was a huge factor that allowed for my personal growth. Partner events - Last year we hosted 2 partner events, 1 at Concession Country Club and 2. Miami Raceway, we went and raced McLaren's and Lambo's to thank our partners for their continued partnership. On a final note, i am happier now with my decision to come to PCTY than I was when i wrote my first glassdoor review 6 years ago. One of the primary reasons is the group of people that i get to work with here in South Florida. The team itself is special and it is a honor to get to work with each and every one of them!
Cons
There are not many cons other than this is a work from home job and for some that presents challenges. Aside from that, the only cons could be considered industry cons as this is a very competitive industry with high levels of accountability.

Pros
I am an Implementation Consultant I and coming from no payroll or corporate background; I have never had a better experience so far with any company I have been with. I have worked in Retail, Food, and Sales industries and Paylocity is a mixture of HR and IT. If you enjoy working with technology and in a fast paced environment this is the place for you. In my short time working with the company these are the pros I have seen so far: -Casual environment; working in a corporate office with casual dress code -Peers; everyone is so helpful and friendly, there is no cutthroat competition or drama -Management: trusts you to do your job, take your lunch whenever you deem necessary, little micromanagement. Management from the Founder and the president of the company care about your opinions and wellbeing-here you are a person and you have a voice. -Schedule: End of Year gets busy and the quarter starts and ends so opportunity for OT. No weekends, PTO and Sick days and vacation time Benefits: 401K, Emp stock purchase plan, Bluecross Blue shield Dental and Medical, HSA and FSA, GTL, Disability Multiple break/game rooms on site: fresh fruit and nuts delivered weekly, corporate mini market and free caribou coffee. Many vendors come to give a variety for lunch as well as different food trucks Travel: There are at least 2 conferences a year: in Feb (last year was in Vegas) and in August at the headquarters near Chicago Flexibility: Many employees work remotely from many different states and equipment is supplied to you to do your job; can work from home Advancement: Many opportunities for career growth; the company is growing quickly and is very successful-the sky's the limit! Training: For my particular position I received 6 weeks of paid training (remote and on-site) and it was fantastic. It really helped me feel comfortable and prepared to do my work.
Cons
Some vacation restrictions during the busier times of year. Company is growing quickly and changes to procedures and management can get a little overwhelming sometimes.
