    Pros

Great atmosphere, great people to work with.

    Cons

No real opportunity to increase your salary or grow with the company.

    Advice to Management

Managers should work harder to build stronger relationships with affiliate partners. They should offer more growth opportunities and challenge employee's intellect. Senior management is completely absent.
