    Pros

Culture Teamwork Mindset Focus On Employee Wellness

    Cons

(These more related to my department than company overall) Stressful. Quotas and you're doing what should be the job of two or three people. Understaffed A lot of turnover. Wasn't even there six months and saw several employees leave. Systems are unnecessarily complicated. The simplest tasks take several steps to complete.

I worked at Paysafe Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Company was very welcoming in the beginning of my career here. It was easy to trust and get along with my colleagues. Work was shared equally, customer service with agents was respectful and easy to work with.

    Cons

The most recent manger is very unqualified for the position. She is hardly ever at the office (always claiming to be sick or misc. surprise days that need to be taken off) or "working online" which means skyping employees about issues regarding other members on the team and ignoring any actual emails about work. When she is actually in the office (once a week maybe) she is unavailable to assist with actual operations work because she is busy doing "tasks" outside of the Operations department or congregating with favored employees in her office about other colleagues or issues that should not be relayed. You are spoken to or yelled at as a child with no chance to respond without being told you can leave. Also any issues you are having cannot be discussed with "HR" because as the manager puts it she is HR. Nothing personal is kept confidential and is discussed with non management employees. When bringing issues up regarding this disrespect or role issues and concerns you are basically told to find another job if you are unhappy or are promised solutions that never happen. (Department changes, raises, promotions). If anything is brought up regarding your manager the confidential information is just repeated to her and she is left to handle the situation as she pleases which means being called into her office so that she can speak to you in a disrespectful manner or have more work piled on your tasks. Which again resolves nothing and shows you cannot trust even management. Favored employees are able to come in as they please or take days off outside of the allowed time and are able to do so even during the busiest weeks while the other employees are left to pick up more work or handle phones because there always seems to be a "Training" or "Meeting" with the manager and other favored members. You are looked down on for even taking the required "ONE HOUR BREAK" if you are seen snacking at your desk because to them that should be your lunch. You are not informed of any members being out for the day or upcoming vacations much less the manager being out unless you ask her favored employees who are pretty much the only ones informed of anything. You will not be given the opportunity to move up and you will not get treated with respect or honesty. Any issues you have you either try to deal with them on your own or leave because the manager is unbearable to work with and talk to. No matter how much work you do or pick up your pay will not reflect this at all.
