I worked at Peabody Orlando full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Beautiful Hotel to work in.

    Cons

It was a very stressful company to work for. Human Resources would create rules against people who were gay and threaten to fire the couple. The managers of Human Resources, Revenue and Front Desk all went to church together and would hire their friends.

    Nice People

    Cons

Pay was far too low for the hard work
Seemed a bit racist, mostly Spanish management with little experience
    Rotating Schedule
    Policies and procedures
    $3 lunch
    Paid every two weeks

    Advice to Management

Be clear during the interview process. Let people fully understand.. Put the wages on the employment page of the website.
