    Pros

    Hands on management
    Customer service driven culture
    Great benefits
Terrific location and amenities that it allow it to compete nationally for business

Lack of corporate structure to assist with gaining business, ie lack of rewards program or National Sales team
Cost of benefits are higher due to small company lacking purchasing power.

I worked at Peabody Orlando full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Beautiful Hotel to work in.

    Cons

It was a very stressful company to work for. Human Resources would create rules against people who were gay and threaten to fire the couple. The managers of Human Resources, Revenue and Front Desk all went to church together and would hire their friends.
